Dynamites says these two lines if you lose to him in the first fight:

NOTES:
"Zyoeeeeei!!"
is just the sound effect when Dynamites flies away, rather than
dialogue. I could also
have
written it "Joeeeeeey!" but that would've made it look even less like a
sound effect. It's kind of funny,
though...
Also, when Dynamites says Earth is "the star of legend", it helps to
refer back to part of the
game's
intro cut-scene dialogue: "It is said in folklore that
other aliens have failed at conquering this star
of
yours..."
The
next bit of translated text will be your second (and final) run-in with
Seikuushi Dynamites.
